Target group

Pharmacists with a completed degree and an interest in pursuing a career at universities, in industry, with regulatory authorities, or in other professional fields of pharmaceutical sciences.

Goals

Through individual mentoring with regular meetings between mentee and mentor, as well as three accompanying workshops, the participants' career development is actively supported.

The goals of the program are:

  • To reflect on everyday professional challenges and develop solutions

  • To reflect on and expand personal and professional competencies

  • To clarify personal and career development goals

  • To provide networking opportunities

Duration

10 months

Program structure

  1. Application including questionnaire and short CV

  2. Mentees are matched with a suitable mentor by the program team

  3. Start of individual mentoring: introductory meeting followed by the implementation of workshop-defined goals (as agreed between mentee and mentor, e.g., once a month for 1 hour)

  4. Initial workshop for mentees to define individual goals

  5. Midterm workshop to review progress and mentor collaboration

  6. Final workshop with reflection and conclusions followed by a joint apéro with mentors and mentees

Number of participants

We can accept a maximum of 10 mentees into the program.
