According to your needs, we match mentees with mentors in a precise way. Your straightforward exchange as a boost for new goals! The program is complemented by targeted workshops.
Target group
Pharmacists with a completed degree and an interest in a pharmaceutical career in community pharmacy, hospitals, universities, industry, authorities, or other pharmaceutical fields.
Goals
The aim is to promote the career development of mentees through individual, regular mentoring by suitable mentors and three accompanying workshops. You will:
- Reflect on everyday work challenges and develop solutions
- Reflect on and expand your personal and professional skills
- Clarify your wishes for personal and professional development
- Have plenty of opportunities for networking
Mentors
Would you like to share your experience with motivated mentees? Then become part of our pool of mentors (registration link below). A broad selection of mentors helps ensure the best possible matching. Once a match is made, mentoring meetings are organized individually by the mentees according to their needs — for example, once a month from around March to November.
