The SAPhS promotes the application of pharmaceutical knowledge in practice and keeps education in new areas of pharmaceutical activity up to date. It develops recommendations and guidelines for university-level teaching in pharmaceutical sciences. Since 2021, the responsibility for education in pharmaceutical sciences in Switzerland (EphSS, in German Ausbildung Pharmazeutische Wissenschaften Schweiz (APhWS)) lies with the SAPhS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The SAPhS promotes continuing education by linking teaching and research at a high scientific level. Supporting early-career pharmaceutical scientists is a key priority of the SAPhS. The SAPhS communicates the current state of pharmaceutical sciences through dedicated \u201cBoards of Academic Excellence\u201d, each responsible for a specific area within the field.
